The Fab Four

It's a kitten update!!!!! The littles are 3.5 weeks old. Damn, that went fast! They are walking around, some almost running. They are even starting to play with each other. It is adorable. We get them out every day to play with us outside. They even have an outdoor "playpen" of sorts so they can actually be out all day. The playpen is the old chick brooder so they have a lot of room. We are letting the kids name the ones we are keeping(which is up to 3 out of the 4 now, doh). They can't decided on names and tend to change every few days so all names here are definetely tentative.


1. This is "Lightening McQueen", named by Lennon. We are 90% sure this one is a boy but we can't say for sure yet. He is being tricky about it. He is very cautious. He isn't the first one out but once others have insured that everything is safe he will come on out to play.2. Meet "Floppy Poppy", named by Hadley. Very certain this is a girl. She was fiesty from the second she was born. She is the most curious and brave. She is always the first one out and she will follow us around while the others sit in a pile and mew. She loves to try to play with the others and she is the one that is practically running.
3. This is "Whistle", named by Corbin. Doesn't she have the sweetest looking face? Originally, we were going to give her to my Aunt but she has been so very sweet we kind of got attatched to her. The kids and I took a vote deciding to keep her. Clint wisely agreed. She likes to cuddle. She is very calm and quiet.
Hadley with all of the kitties. The gray and white one is a boy and might be going to live with Ada's sister. If she does not want to take him, well, then he has a home with us.
